Welcome!
Who We Are
- Hi, I’m Loren Polster, a graphic designer and front-end web developer of 15 years in the process of building a little virtual agency.
- We focus on assets for marketing teams — rebrands, website design & dev, social & display ads, event collateral, and of course, polishing PPTs by tomorrow. Some projects are simple and executional, and others are deliciously custom and complex.
- We specialize in integrated but flexible retainer contracts for medium-sized SaaS companies. We aim for an optimal blend of reliability and adaptability — combining the best of an in-house team and an external agency.
- We’re honing in on a formula that embraces the future of work: remote, fractional, balanced with life.
- If you’re interested in building something, in having your ideas be heard and in improving yourself and others, let’s chat.

Creative & Digital Project Manager
We’re looking for a senior creative & digital project manager with experience in the design, branding, marketing collateral, and web development space.
We’re looking for a seasoned professional who —
- owns and understands our design and development projects
- adds clarity to unclear client request and breaks them down into easily actionable tasks
- catches spelling errors, pixelated images, scope creep, lagging timelines, and systemic inefficiencies — with professionalism, politeness, empathy and levity
- can not only manage our projects, but who can proactively improve our systems, processes and operations
We are a small, but growing team of designers and developers who work hard, support each other, exceed our clients expectations, and maintain a fierce work-life balance.
The bulk of our work is retainer based for a few medium-sized B2B SaaS companies where we act like an integrated extension of their marketing department. This requires a lot of constant communication, managing multiple projects and small requests, and providing quick updates and turnarounds.
We use Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Everhour, Figma, Adobe CC and have a handful of SOPs in place — but needs further refinement.
